24 hr reception staff who were delightful and welcoming when we arrived in the middle of the night. The area outside is colourful 😀. Close to Nana train station. Less than 1km. Lots of restaurants and street food near. Close to Central World mall; 2km. The room was average but very clean with good aircon, and we had a bath and shower, plus a comfy bed. We were close to the rooftop pool, which, although small, was clean and inviting. There was an elevator to take us to our top floor room. The breakfast was cereal, fresh fruit, toast,tea, and coffee, as well as eggs cooked to your liking, with sausages and salad. The best and most unexpected nicety was that when the guys on reception heard it was my husband's birthday, they delivered a beautiful little cake to him. It's a 3 star hotel and not fancy, but it's great value for money and the staff were outstanding 👏

2nd stay for me here ! Hotel well located in the Sukhumvit district, in a quiet alley and about ten minutes walking from the BTS which allows you to reach the strategic places of the city. Only a few minutes from Benchakiti Park which is incredible for walking or doing sports. Spacious room, well equipped (fridge, hair dryer, etc.) and very clean (cleaned every day). Special mention for the bed which I found very comfortable and in which I was able to rest well. Staff welcoming and friendly. Fair price for Bangkok, I will probably come back.

I left a tablet in the room and it was too late for me to come back. The staff went out of their way to go and find it for me and put it in their safety deposit box until I'm back in Bangkok next month. Couldn't ask for better staff at a hotel. Very large room, comfortable, and great value. The pool view is nice 9f Sukhumvit.

The staff were brilliant as always and completely honest .They cannot do enough to help Also I left an expensive watch behind and they phoned the taxi driver as I was on my way to airport to tell me amazing stuff they handed the watch to my colleague who was leaving later that day on my instructions .above and beyond for sure

The staff and superior room was excellent. The staff helped me where to get long distance added to my sim card. It was an emergency back home and I really appreciated their help.

The bed is very comfortable to sleep on. The room was really clean. They didn’t receive my booking via booking.com , I was afraid they will not give me room besides paying upfront online. But in the they took screenshot of my booking and gave me the room. Always call hotel after booking if they have received booking. There are glitches in booking.com and Agoda where booking goes through but hotels don’t receive it.

This room was better than the other cheaper one I stayed in at the same hotel. I like that the staff was helpful, the massage business in the same location was great- very professional and followed the traditional massage practice. Also, the pool was nice and the local people were wonderful-

This is right in the heart of it for street foods and massages a plenty and local to explore Bangkok sky tower etc. The reception is excellent and on site cafeteria too bargain at £20 a night for a double with a nice pool on 5th floor
